Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address (if using email sign-in), display name, and game data (puzzle results, streaks, timestamps). If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the identifier and optional name Apple shares.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to: operate the game and track your progress; generate leaderboards (using display name only); manage your Pro subscription; and send optional push notifications about daily puzzles (requires your explicit permission).
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Railway (cloud platform) using PostgreSQL. Authentication tokens are stored securely in your device's Keychain using standard iOS APIs. We do not store payment card information — all payments are handled by Apple.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Apple (for App Store payments and sign-in); Cloudflare (R2 storage for MIDI files); Sentry (crash reporting — anonymized stack traces only).
5. Leaderboard
If you appear on the leaderboard, your display name, streak, and average attempts are visible to other users. You can use a pseudonym as your display name.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at suporte@bandlebr.app.
9. Analytics
We collect aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., how many puzzles were played, share events) to improve the game. This data is not linked to individual identities.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
