Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Bandle BR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Bandle BR is a daily music-guessing game for Brazilian songs. Each day a new puzzle is released at midnight (Brasília time). Users listen to MIDI instrument clips and attempt to identify the song.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using Apple Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions (Bandle Pro)
Bandle Pro is available as a monthly (R$9.90) or annual (R$59.00) subscription, processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bandle BR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Short MIDI clips used in puzzles are transformative in nature and are used for the purpose of music identification games.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or decompile the App; scrape, crawl, or harvest puzzle data; use automated tools to gain advantages; or upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of puzzle content, or that the App will be free of errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandle BR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
